TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total treatment cost, which is payable on the day by cash, card, or BACS. Multi‑treatment discounted offers must be paid in full upfront.

​

2. Cancellations & Lateness

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 48 hours’ notice so your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, no‑shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the loss of your deposit.

3. Arrival

Please arrive on time. If you’re early, kindly wait in your car as there is no waiting area available.

​

4. Attending Alone

Due to limited space, additional guests or children cannot be accommodated. Please attend alone and enjoy some relaxing ‘me time’.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to complete consent forms.

5. Accessibility

The salon is located on the first floor and is accessed via a flight of stairs.

6. Appointment Changes by the Salon

We reserve the right to amend or cancel appointments if necessary. If this happens, we will offer the next available appointment as soon as possible.
