TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A  deposit is required to secure an appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of treatment, which is payable on the day the treatment is completed, by cash, card or BACS. To take advantage of any multi-treatment discounts, the cost must be paid up front.

2. If you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule and the deposit will be moved to the new booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, no shows and arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

3. Please arrive on time for your appointment, and wait in your car if you're early, as there is no waiting area. 

4. Due to limited space in the salon, extra people / children cannot be accommodated, so please attend alone for your appointment and enjoy some 'me' time. However, clients aged under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will need to complete consent forms.

5. Please note: the salon is on the first floor up a flight of stairs.

6. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time and a new appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible, based on availability.
